Goods: Episode 1 March 21, 2007

I’ve decided that there will be two major posts per episode. 1 “goods” post containing screencaps, clips, and the like. The other one will be a discussion post, where in any member of the community can leave comments with their thoughts about the episode, etc. Of course everyone is free to create new topics, but people who are following the show (even without subtitles) might want to have a discussion.

Ep1 started with young Hae in was riding a bike with her freind. Then her bike almost crashed by bouncing ball. She picked that ball up and sensed something very terrible was happening. There’s a guy in phonebooth was reporting the crime to police in pleading voice, asking police to arrive at the scene as soon as possible. In the mean time, young Hae in arrived at the scene of murder. She picked a toffee from the scene, and knew that a guy named Jung Tae Hyun was stabbed by another guy. And was left dead there Later, police arrived at the scene, hae in was there.

12 years later…

In the library, Hae in are working. Then, she heard there’s an incident in the library. A woman lost her purse and accusing a guy in the library stole it. Hae in took off her glove and touched that woman. Then Hae In, realized that the purse wasn’t stolen but the woman left it at the shelve. She returned the purse to the woman and told her that’s guy is not a bad guy and tell the woman to apologize him. Then her phone ran. She picked up and said in surprising voice … not sure but I think she said police station.

At the snooker club … Oh Su went to find a man. once he showed the chasing begun. At the same time Seung Ha went to visit a prisoner. (He seem to the guard there very well. He asked how are you too ^^) Seung Ha went to visit the prisoner name Kim Soon Gi. This guy was sentenced 3 years jailtime. And he want to appeal. And Seung Ha agreed to represent him.

Back to Oh Soo .. the guy he’s chasing escape on taxi so Oh Su follow him in another taxi. But once he arrived at the place the bad guy dropped off, he realize his wallet is not with him so he tell the driver he’ll pay next time. The driver won’t let him go while Oh su want to pursue the bad guy. Lee Min Jae come in his rescue. Oh Su then follow the bad guy but it’s too late. The guy got away.

Back to Seung Ha … before he left the prisoner, he asked Kim Soon Gi something about school (I guess) Kim Soon Gi, look uncomfortable and asked why Seung Ha’s asking. Seung Ha then said sth about mother. And once he recieved the answer from Kim Soon Gi, he turned and his expression changed.

Later, Oh su was in a car drived by Min Jae. At the intersection, Oh Su car and Seung Ha parked side by side. Oh Su and Seung Ha looked at each other. Oh Su seem to sense sth. He looked at Seung Ha again. Seung Ha drove off.

Hae In went to police station to meet her friend who seem to be in trouble. She had argument with police … Hae In can’t help smiling..

At the office, Oh Su’ father lawyer recieved a judgement card from unknown sender. He went out while there’s a guy watching him.

Hae In and her friend went to the shop (her friend seem to work there), they talked about Tarot card and looks like her friend was asking Hae In a favor. Then Hae In left.

At the library, outside is rainning, Hae In look at her watch. It’s closing time but there’s man still reading inside the library. She approached that man, when he turned. Hae In stunned. It’s Seung Ha. Seung Ha asked Hae in what did she want. Hae In seem to find her word at last. She politely tell him the library is closing. Seung Ha returned the book. Hae In asked if they met before. Seung Ha said he don’t think so. Then beforr he left, he introduced himself to Hae In. And reached his hand for handshake. Hae In’s hesitated to shake hand with Seung Ha so he shook her head. Hae in sensed sth. and look stunned. Then Seung Ha walked off. Inside the library, Hae In still in shocked.

At the hotel office, Oh Su’s brother and his secretrary (this guy is Oh Su’s friend, Na Suk Jin) were talking about Kim Soon Gi’s case (it seem that Kim Soon Gi is related to Oh Su’s family and his family want a best lawyer to help him in appealing for the jail sentence) Then, there’s girl walked in (seem to be Oh Su’s brother GF) Oh Su’s brother apologized that he have to cancel the dinner with her. She left and was pulled by Na Suk Jin. They kissed.

At the police station, Na suk Jin called Oh Su and discussed about Kim Soon Gi. Oh Su seem reluctant but Suk Jin said Soon Gi is our friend.

At Seung Ha office, he discussed about Kim Soon Gi with his assistant, seem like his assistant don’t want him to represent Soon Gi. Seung Ha also said today is his anniversary of his mother’s death.

Oh Su recieved a letter and jugdement Tarot card. He seem puzzled.

At the office of Oh Su’s father lawyer, the lawyer was approched by a guy. They had a nasty fight. At one phonebooth with a mystery guy in black glove’s hanging up the phone.

Later, police arrived at the crime scene, the lawyer was killed. Oh Su team’s assigned to the case. And they found the judgement tarot card at the scene.

At warehouse, the same guy who stabbed the lawyer, crying. He met with Seung Ha who asked him if he’s alright with kind gesture.

Hae in, had a night mare about the inccident 12 years ago.

At the police station, the chief (Ban Chang Ho) discussed with his team and tell Oh Su to go home and change coz he’s stingy ^^

At Oh su’s place, Oh Su and his father don’t get along well. He changed, thanx his brother about soon gi and left to work again.

Hae In rushed to work and accidentally drop her own tarot card, Judgement card face up.

Oh Su, still can’t figure it out about the letter and tarot card he recieved. He watched CCTV about the murder case. He suspect sth about the guy in CCTV. Later, the police who used to fight with Hae In’s friend suggested that he should asked an info about Tarot card from Hae In’s friend.

At Hae In’s friend shop, Oh Su showed the picture of suspect to her. But she don’t know this man. She then suggest that Oh Su should go asked Hae In about Tarot Card.

At resto, Suk Jin met with Seung Ha discussing about Soon Gi. Meanwhile, at police station, chief and Jae Min were discussing about Seung Ha.

At library, Oh Su came to see Hae in. At first he thought she can’t speak but turned out he misunderstood. Hae In knew he’s coming coz her friend told her. They walked and discussed about Tarot card. At one point, Hae in saw Seung Ha’s also reading there, she watched him with gentle expression on her face.

Oh Su asked Hae In about the card. Hae In then asked him which card he saw. Oh Su forgot to bring the card with him but he said it’s judgement card. So, Hae In explian to him about the meaning of judgement card. Oh Su seem to have a crush on Hae In while Hae In seem to have a crush on Seung Ha.

Seung Ha went to the dead lawyer funeral, upon his leave, there’s a toffee, similar to the one we saw at the scene of his brother’s death 12 years ago, in front of the coffin.

Chief called Seung Ha’s assistant. They know each other. The assistant look worried when he hung up the phone. Later, the assistant met with Seung Ha. The assistant act if he suspects sth.

At Hae In’s friend shop, Hae In picked the ace card .. and she predicted something not good. Then Hae In recieved a call from the chief and she looks happy. While Hae In is waiting for the chief to arrive. Her friend looks worried coz the tarot card from her shop was used in murder case. Then chief and Oh Su arrived. Oh Su seem surprised that Hae In and Chief know each other.

At the publishing company, Kim Young Chul is still working (according to character’s synopsis, this guy used to attened the same school as Seung Ha and he has problem socializing with other people.) And, it turned out this guy has the same tarot card set too.

Back to the Hae In’s shop, Hae In touced the tarot card, the one that was sent to Oh Su. And she saw the murder 12 years ago. Also she saw the guy in black gloves was making a letter and then she saw Oh Su face. She looks stunned and the chief asked if the guy she saw is the guy in this picture (the guy who stabbed the lawyer). Hae In said know. But before she said anything. Seung Ha came in. Turned out, it’s the chief asked him to come. Seung Ha and Oh Su was introduced to each other.
